i really appreciated the warm welcome i received. every staff member showed genuine care. yudah provided excellent guest service with attentiveness. nann's kindness and her daughter's charm brightened my days. amber was always available and ready to assist. i was like a valued guest and i'm grateful for the experience.

i found the poolside restaurant's lack of fans a bit uncomfortable. dining there was affected by mosquitoes because of the still waterside location. better ventilation could improve the experience a lot. the open kitchen seemed to exacerbate the issue.

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! Meep, the egg chef, knew my order EVERY morning and had it ready. Bow remembered me from a previous visit and helped with EVERYTHING. The daily room service was excellent. My room was always super clean.

The rooms had a slight sewage smell sometimes. It wasn't overpowering, but noticeable.

The pool has a dedicated water polo area where 'Superman' organizes a water polo competition at 2:30 pm DAILY. It is a HUGE hit with the guests and SO much fun.
